The paper mainly discusses the working principle and fault logic of refueling and fuel transfer system of a certain trainer aircraft and analyzes the fault causes for the abnormal fuel transfer of No.3 fuel tank due to the overpressure signal of drop tanks that cannot be hot refueled due to defects in EMMC software,EMMC fault 3 and fuel control fault.It performs the process troubleshooting according to fault tree and proposes inspection precautions,pilot disposal suggestions and system improvement suggestions.
