中小城镇新生代农民工城市融入水平及影响因素研究

Study on Urban Integration Level and Factors of the Cenozoic Migrant Workers in Medium-and-small-sized Towns

为了了解新生代农民工在中小城镇的城市融入现状及提高其融入水平,对浙江省中小城镇中的403名新生代农民工的城市融入水平及影响因素进行了实证研究,表明新生代农民工城市融入水平受经济因素、人力资本、个人特征变量等因素的综合影响,其中经济因素、人力资本对城市融入影响显著,个人特征变量对城市融入有影响。因此,从强化职业技能培训、完善保障制度建设、构建社会支持网络、加强中小城镇自身建设等方面提出了建议。

Through a survey of 403 new-generation migrant workers in Zhejiang Province,to understand the current situation of urban integration of then and improve their urban integration level.An empirical study was conducted on the urban integration level and influencing factors of the Cenozoic migrant workers in small and medium-sized towns.The study shows that the urban integration level of the new generation migrant workers is affected by factors such as economy,human capital,and demographic variables.Among them,economy,human capital have significant impact,while demographic variables has but little effect on urban integration.This article puts forward relevant policy suggestions from the aspects of strengthening vocational skills training,improving security system construction,building social support network,and strengthening self-construction of medium-andsmall-sized towns.
