新时代医科教师教学岗位胜任力框架的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 自从20世纪80年代以来的40余年,国际医学教育界逐渐达成了这样的共识:医学专业教师需要接受正式的、有效的教师培训,从而能够具备系统的理念,采用适宜的方法,完成教学、评估和反馈的过程,形成了“临床医生-教育者”这样一种医科专业教师的专属概念。“临床医生-教育者”整合了医疗、教学和学术,对医学专业教师胜任专业教育教学工作的内涵进行了定义。近10年来,我国医学教育界也认识到专业教师教育教学能力的重要意义,相应地引导和开展了医科教师的教学能力培训与发展。本文在全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的大背景下,结合国外的相关研究进展,探讨了新时代医科教师教学岗位胜任力的框架,以及我国新时代医科教师在教育教学工作中应当具备的教学能力。 Over the past 40 years since the 1980s,there has been a growing consensus in the international medical education community that medical teachers need formal and effective teacher training to be able to develop a system concept and adopt appropriate methods for teaching,assessment,and feedback,resulting in an exclusive concept of the clinician-educator.Clinician-educator defines what means to be a competent medical teacher that integrates medicine,teaching and scholarship.In the past decade,medical education in China has also recognized the importance of professional teachers educational competence and correspondingly guided and carried out training and faculty development programs.In the context of comprehensively deepening the reform of teacher construction in the new era,this paper discussed the framework of teaching of medical teachers teaching posts in the new era and the teaching competencies that medical teachers should possess by referring to the relevant research progress abroad.
