摘要
目的:通过分析RIP140和LCOR在高级别鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)细胞质和细胞核中的表达,寻找鉴别宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级的生物标志物。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测45例CINⅡ级、32例CINⅢ级及51例CINⅡ级与CINⅢ级复合形态的样本中RIP140和LCOR在细胞质和细胞核中的表达情况。结果:细胞质和细胞核中RIP140在CINⅢ级中的表达均高于CINⅡ级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细胞质中LCOR在CINⅢ级和CINⅡ级中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),细胞核中LCOR在CINⅡ级中的表达高于CINⅢ级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细胞质中RIP140在复合形态样本中高表达较多,与CINⅡ级比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.868,P=0.027)。结论:RIP140在细胞核中的高表达对鉴别CINⅡ级和CINⅢ级具有辅助作用,其在细胞质中的高表达提示CINⅡ级潜在合并更高级别鳞状上皮内瘤变。
Objective:To analyze the expression levels of RIP140 and LCOR in cytoplasm and nucleus in high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL)in order to find new biomarkers for the identification of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)Ⅱand CINⅢ.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of RIP140 and LCOR in cytoplasm and nucleus in 45 cases of CINⅡ,32 cases of CINⅢ,51 cases of CINⅡand CINⅢcombined morphology.Results:The expressions of RIP140 in cytoplasm and nucleus of CINⅢwere higher than those of CINⅡ,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the expression of LCOR in cytoplasm between CINⅡand CINⅢ(P>0.05),but the expression of LCOR in nucleus of CINⅡwas higher than that of CINⅢ,with statistical significance(P<0.05).RIP140 was highly expressed in the cytoplasm of the complex morphologic samples,and the difference was statistically significant compared with CINⅡ(χ2=4.868,P=0.027).Conclusion:The high expression of RIP140 in the nucleus has an auxiliary effect in distinguishing CINⅡfrom CINⅢ,and its high expression in the cytoplasm suggests that CINⅡmay have potential coexistence with high-grade squamous intraepithelial neoplasia.
