应用型高校青年干部政治能力的内涵与提升路径

A Study on the Connotation and Promoting Path of Political Ability of Young Cadres in the Application-oriented Universities

政治能力是高校青年干部的重要素养,增强政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力是提升青年干部政治能力的内涵要求。应用型高校在青年干部政治能力培训中应突出区域性、融合性、应用性,在提升路径方面要有针对性地做到“五个抓好”:抓好教室外的“红”色课堂、抓好现实课题的“实战练兵”、抓好主题教育的重要契机、抓好精准施策的分类指导、抓好走“新”更走“心”的培训形式。

Political ability is the key ability for young cadres in colleges and universities.Enhancing political judgement,political understanding and political execution are the connotation of promoting political ability.It emphasizes that the application-oriented university should focus on the regionalism,integration and applicability in the political ability training of young cadres.And in terms of promoting paths,it puts forward purposefully five improving suggestions:paying special attention to the“red”classes outside-classroom,to the actual training for realistic topics,to the valuable opportunity of theme activities,to the classified direction in precision implement,and to the ways of novel and heartfelt training.
