基于LM5025的高压大功率IGBT驱动电源的设计

摘要 本文利用有源钳位PWM控制器LM5025设计一款单端有源钳位反激式高压大功率IGBT的驱动电源。研究了单端有源钳位反激式拓扑的工作原理,分析了LM5025的工作特性,提出了一种基于LM5025的高压大功率IGBT驱动电源的拓扑结构,并完成外围电路的搭建和计算。最后试验结果表明,该电源的输出功率大、隔离电压高、输出电压纹波小、稳定性好,满足高压IGBT驱动电源实际应用需求。 An active clamp PWM controller LM5025 is used to design a single end active clamp flyback high voltage high power IGBT driving power supply.The working principle of the single-ended active clamp flyback topology is studied,and the working characteristics of LM5025 are analyzed.A topology structure of the high-voltage and high-power IGBT driving power supply based on LM5025 is proposed,and the peripheral circuit is built and calculated.The final test results show that the power supply has large output power,high isolation voltage,small output voltage ripple and good stability,which can meet the practical application requirements of high voltage IGBT driving power supply.
