电压互感器突发短路试验检测系统设计

摘要 随着国内电力建设水平的提高和高压电器产品的不断发展,我国电器检验检测的重要性进一步凸显。为保证电力系统的安全运行,对各类电器产品进行检验检测非常必要。本文主要针对电压互感器设计了一套可以检测其短路承受能力的检测系统。该系统采用可编程控制器(PLC)作为控制器、触摸屏(HMI)作为人机操作接口和界面、调压器和高压升压变压器作为主回路供压核心部件,包含高压侧和低压侧电压、电流等信号的采集,可在突发短路时进行相关的检查和检测,这很大程度上提升了电压互感器突发短路时检测试验的质量、效率和准确度。 With the improvement of the domestic power construction level and the continuous development of the high-voltage electrical products,the importance of the electrical inspection and testing is further highlighted.In order to ensure the safe operation of the power system,the inspection and testing of various electrical products is very necessary.This paper designs a testing system to evaluate the short-circuit withstand capability of voltage transformers.The system uses programmable logic controller(PLC)as controller,touch screen(HMI)as human-machine interface,voltage regulator and high-voltage step-up transformer as core components of the main circuit voltage supply,and includes the voltage and current signal acquisition of the high-voltage side and the low-voltage side,thus to tnke the relevant inspection and testing after sudden short-circuit,which largely improves the quality,efficiency and accuracy of the voltage transformer sudden short-circuit test.
