架空线路接续管及其保护试验装置的研制

摘要 接续管是一种常用的电力线缆连接金具,在连接两条架空导线时,其除了要承受输电线路导线的全部拉力和张力外还起到了传导电流的作用,其在经过放线滑轮时易受到弯曲力而遭到破坏,所以需要一种保护装置进行防护。本文研制了一种用于检验接续管及其保护装置的试验装置,其可以使接续管及其保护装置在规定的张力下以一定的角度、速度和频次经过指定规格的放线滑轮,并按照行业标准要求检验接续管及其保护装置的完好性。 The connecting tube is a common power cable connection armour clamp,when connecting two overhead conductors,it bears all the tension and tension of the transmission line conductors,it also plays the role of conducting current,it is easy to be damaged by bending force when passing the stringing pulley,so a protective device is needed for protection.This paper develops a test device used to test the connecting tube and its protection,it can make the connecting tube and its protective device under the specified tension passing the stringing pulley of specified specification at a certain angle,speed and frequency,and it can inspect the integrity of the connecting tube and its protective device according to the industrial standards.
