医学生职业价值观教育是医学生思想政治教育的重要组成部分,其对扣好医学生职业成长的第一粒扣子具有关键作用。医学生职业价值观教育分为职业认同教育、职业思政教育、职业道德教育、职业规范教育和职业发展教育。当前医学生对中医药文化不够自信、从医的理想信念不够坚定、接受的思想道德教育不足、理论和实践教育衔接不够紧密、格局视野教育还不够开阔。将生命至上、举国同心、舍生忘死、尊重科学、命运与共的伟大抗疫精神融入医学生的职业价值观教育中,加强了医学生对自身职业情感的认同、筑牢了职业信仰根基、提升了职业道德底线、更加注重职业成长规律、打开了医学生职业发展的格局。

Medical students'professional values education plays an important role in fastening the first button of their professional growth.Medical students'professional value education can be divided into professional identity education,professional thinking education,professional ethics education,professional norms education and professional development education.At present,medical students are not confident enough in TCM culture,their ideal beliefs in medicine are not firm,the ideological and moral education they receive is not sufficient,the articulation between theoretical and practical education is not close,while the education of pattern vision is not open enough.Integrating the great anti-COVID-19 spirit of life first,national unity,sacrificing own life,respecting science and sharing fate into medical students'professional values education,while strengthening their identification with their own professional emotions,building the foundation of professional beliefs,enhancing the bottom line of professional ethics,paying more attention to the law of professional growth,and opening up the pattern of medical students'professional development.
