Excavating and Building of Ideology and Politics of Maternal-Child Nursing Course Based on the Combination of National Health and Birth Policy

目的:结合国家健康与生育等系列战略和政策挖掘和建设母婴护理课程思政要素。方法:采用文献法分析国家健康与生育政策对母婴护理课程思政的建设的要求,分析现有母婴护理课程思政与国家政策的符合度;专家咨询法挖掘母婴护理课程思政要素;问卷法调查母婴护理课程思政实证研究的效度和信度。结果:家国情怀、文化自信、道德修养、法律意识、职业素养和大医精诚应为适应国家健康和生育政策的母婴护理课程思政要素和重点,国家政策、法律,优秀传统文化传承,优秀人物事迹和具体事物象征意义可作为课程思政教育实例。结论:母婴护理课程思政教育应融入国家健康与生育政策、社会主义核心价值观,中国优秀传统文化传承和母婴护理人员的职业素养。

Objective:to excavate and build the ideology and politics of maternal-child nursing course based on the national health and birth policies.Methods:The requirement of the national health and birth polices to excavate and build the ideology and politics of maternal-child nursing course was analyzed by the documentary study.Expert consultation was used to excavate the ideology and politics of maternal-child nursing course.Questionnaire method was used to evaluate the validity and reliability of the empirical study of the ideology and politics.Results:Feelings of home and country,cultural confidence,moral cultivation,legal consciousness,professional quality and great medical sincerity are the most important points of ideology and politics of maternal-child nursing course to fit for the national health and birth policies.National polices and laws,inheritance of excellent traditional culture,stories of outstanding people and symbolic meaning of specific things can be used as examples in such course.Conclusions:The national polices of health and birth,the core values of Chinese socialism,the inheritance of excellent traditional culture and the professional quality of maternal-child nursing professionals should be integrated into the ideology and politics of maternal-child nursing course.
