玄武岩/苎麻增强聚乳酸复合材料的拉伸性能研究

摘要 玄武岩纤维是一种可自然降解的高性能纤维.苎麻纤维作为一种天然纤维,其来源广泛、再生能力强、成本低.以玄武岩织物、苎麻织物为增强体,以聚乳酸作为基体,通过模压成型工艺制备了混杂复合材料,探讨了热压时间、聚乳酸含量、铺层方式对混杂复合材料拉伸性能的影响.结果表明:随着热压时间的增加,非对称铺层R/B复合材料的拉伸性能先增后减,当热压时间为25 min、聚乳酸含量为70%时,混杂复合材料的拉伸性能最佳;苎麻织物处于芯层的B/R/B复合材料的断裂强力、断裂伸长率均高于玄武岩织物处于芯层的R/B/R复合材料,因此在制备混杂复合材料时宜将强力弱的材料铺在芯层. Basalt fiber is a high-performance fiber with natural degradation.As a natural fiber,ramie fiber has a wide range of sources,strong regeneration capacity and low cost.With basalt fabric and ramie fabric as reinforcements,and poly-lactic acid as substrates,mixed composite materials are prepared by compression moulding process and then the influence of thermal pressure time,poly-lactic acid content and laminating mode on the tensile properties are discussed.The results show that with the increase of thermal pressure time,the tensile performance of R/B composite increases and then decreases.When the thermal pressure time is 25min and the poly-lactic acid content is 70%,the tensile performance is the best.The B/R/B composite material,while ramie fabric is in the core layer,is higher than the R/B/R composite material while the basalt fabric is in the core layer.Therefore,it is appropriate to lay the weak material in the core layer when preparing the mixed composites.
