摘要
为满足大学生消费群体对服装精确性及合体性的需求,利用三维人体测量系统对某地区女大学生的重要部位尺寸进行测量,获得316组有效人体数据样本.借助以六西格玛理论为基础的统计分析软件JMP对测量数据进行整理和统计,对女大学生的身高、腰围高、臂长、胸围、腰围和臀围测量数值进行描述性统计分析,其中A体型的人数占比最高,为33.5%,其次为B体型和Y体型,两体型占比较为接近,同时臀围和腰围的差值集中在20 cm左右.对比标准中间体,试验人体体型总体上更为修长和丰满.分析测量指标间的相关性,分别建立相关性系数大于0.5的各指标间的回归模型,身高与腰围高、胸围与腰围、胸围与臀围的线性拟合方程的残差拟合优度P值均大于0.05,残差符合正态分布,表明该模型具有一定的准确性.
In order to meet the needs of college student consumer groups for clothing accuracy and fit,threedimensional body measurement system is used to measure the size of important parts of female college students in an area,and 316 sets of valid human body data samples are obtained.The data are sorted and counted by the statistical analysis software JMP based on the Six Sigma theory,and descriptive statistical analysis is performed on measurement data of body height,height of waist line,arm length,chest girth,waist girth and hip girth.The proportion of body type A is the highest(33.5%),followed by body type B and body type Y.The proportion of body type A and body type B is close,and the difference between hip girth and waist girth is about 20cm.Comparison of standard intermediates,the test subjects are more slender and plump.Analysis of the correlation between the measurement project,the regression models of each index with correlation coefficient greater than 0.5 are established.The P value of the residual goodness of fit for the linear fitting equations of body height and height of waist line,chest girth and waist girth,chest girth and hip girth are all greater than 0.05,and the residual is in accordance with the normal distribution,and the models are all accurate.
