浅色薄木拼花的激光切割工艺优化

摘要 针对家具表面薄木拼花实际操作时激光切割存在的发黄、焦糊问题,以切割速度、切割功率和保护气体等参数为影响因素,探究其对激光切割工艺的影响,并进行正交试验分析与优化.结果表明:切割速度、切割功率、保护气体对薄木边缘色差值具有显著性影响.最佳优化工艺为切割速度10 mm/s、切割功率1600 W、保护气体氮气流量200 mL·min^(-1).该工艺有效改善了薄木表面出现的发黄、焦糊现象,可为家具表面装饰薄木拼花造型制作提供借鉴. Aiming at the problems of yellowing and smudging in the actual operation of veneer parquet on the surface of furniture,the parameters such as cutting speed,cutting power and protective gas are used as influencing factors to explore their influence on the laser cutting process and conduct orthogonal experimental analysis and comparison optimization.The results show that the cutting speed,cutting power and protective gas have a significant effect on the color difference value of the veneer edge,and the optimized process is the cutting speed of 10 mm/s,the cutting power of 1600 W,and the nitrogen flow of the best protective gas of 200 mL/min.The process effectively improves the yellowing and smudging phenomenon on the surface of veneer,and can provide a scientific basis for improving the production of decorative veneer parquet on the surface of furniture.
