废旧易拉罐破碎熔融造型一体机的设计

摘要 针对日常生活中的易拉罐如何变废为宝的问题,设计一款适用于少量易拉罐的处理装置.确定装置的总体机械结构和易拉罐处理流程,着重研究刀片与漏斗等关键零部件的结构设计,并制作了一台废旧易拉罐破碎焙融一体机样机.研究结果表明,刀片与漏斗的强度满足实际要求,设计的装置具有加热时间短、融化效率高的特点. Aiming at the problem of how to turn cans into valuables in daily life,a processing device has been designed for a small number of cans.This study determines the overall mechanical structure of the device and the processing flow of the can,focuses on the structural design of key parts such as blades and funnels,and makes a prototype of the all-in-one machine for crushing and melting waste cans.The simulation results show that the strength of the blade and funnel meets the actual requirements,and the designed device is of short heating time and high melting efficiency.
