推拿联合揿针对轻中度近视儿童视力的影响

Effect of Massage Combined with Intradermal Needle on Visual Acuity of Children with Mild to Moderate Myopia

目的:观察推拿联合揿针对轻中度近视儿童裸眼远视力、视疲劳状态、屈光度及眼轴的影响。方法:选取2021年1月~2022年9月在福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院就诊的近视患儿60例,并随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组配戴单焦近视框架眼镜,每日配戴;治疗组在此基础上进行推拿联合揿针治疗,隔日1次,每周3次,6次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较治疗前后裸眼远视力、视疲劳评分、屈光度及眼轴的变化。结果:治疗组裸眼远视力、视疲劳评分及屈光度治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),眼轴无显著性差异(P>0.05);而对照组裸眼远视力、视疲劳评分、屈光度及眼轴治疗前后比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组治疗后裸眼远视力、视疲劳评分及屈光度组间有显著性差异(P<0.05),眼轴组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:推拿联合揿针可以提高轻中度近视儿童的裸眼远视力,改善视疲劳状态,降低屈光度。

Objective:To observe the effect of massage combined with intradermal needle on the far vision and asthenopia of children with mild to moderate myopia.Methods:A total of 60 cases of myopic children from January 2021 to September 2022 in the Second People's Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group wore monocular myopia frame glasses every day;while treatment group was treated with massage and intradermal needle on the basis of the control group,once every other day and three times a week,six times is a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.The changes of far vision,visual fatigue score,diopter and ocular axis were compared before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,there were significant differences in naked eye far vision,visual fatigue score and diopter before and after treatment(P<0.05),but no significant differences in ocular axis(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the far vision,visual fatigue score,diopter and axial length before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups in far vision,visual fatigue score and diopter(P<0.05),but no significant differences in axial length between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with intradermal needle can increse the naked far vision of children with mild to moderate myopia,improve the state of visual fatigue,and reduce diopter.
