针刺联合耳穴揿针治疗失眠有效性与安全性的meta分析

Meta-analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Acupuncture Combined with Auricular Acupuncture in the Treatment of Insomnia

目的:系统评价针刺联合耳穴揿针对失眠的影响。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Embas、Cochrane Library、CNKI、wangfang、VIP和CBM。检索时限均为2000年1月1日至2022年4月13日。应用RevMan5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入10篇文献,共897例患者;Meta分析结果:针刺联合耳穴揿针相较于药物组疗效更好,总有效率[Z=6.30,RR=1.24,95%C(I 1.16,1.33),P<0.00001],睡眠时间[Z=2.71,MD=-0.19,95%CI(-0.32,-0.05),P=0.007],安眠药物[Z=10.74,SMD=-2.02,95%CI(-2.39,-1.65),P<0.00001],日间功能[Z=4.98,MD=-0.27,95%CI(-0.37,-0.16),P<0.00001],睡眠效率[Z=5.59,MD=-0.32,95%CI(-0.44,-0.21),P<0.00001],PSQI总分[Z=6.64,MD=-2.27,95%C(I-2.94,-1.60),P<0.00001]。结论:针刺联合耳穴揿针治疗失眠总有效率均高于药物对照组,PSQI评分方面均优于常规西药对照组。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing on insomnia.Methods:Computer searched PubMed,Embas,Cochrane Library,CNKI,wangfang,VIP and CBM.The search period was from January 1,2000 to April 13,2022.Metaanalysis was performed using RevMan5.4 software.Results:10 articles were included,with a total of 897 patients;Meta-analysis results:acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture was more effective than the drug group,and the total effective rate[Z=6.30,RR=1.24,95%CI(1.16,1.33)),P<0.00001],sleep time[Z=2.71,MD=-0.19,95%CI(-0.32,-0.05),P=0.007],sleeping medication[Z=10.74,SMD=-2.02,95%CI(-2.39,-1.65),P<0.00001],daytime function[Z=4.98,MD=-0.27,95%CI(-0.37,-0.16),P<0.00001],sleep efficiency[Z=5.59,MD=-0.32,95%CI(-0.44,-0.21),P<0.00001],PSQI total score[Z=6.64,MD=-2.27,95%CI(-2.94,-1.60),P<0.00001].Conclusion:The total effective rate of acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia is higher than that of the drug control group,and the PSQI score is better than that of the conventional western medicine control group.
