鸡内金炮制前后化学成分变化研究

Study on Chemical Composition Changes of Galli gigerii Endothelium Corneum before and after Processing

目的:建立鸡内金质量评价方法,研究其炮制前后的化学成分变化。方法:分别采用薄层鉴别、质谱检查以及HPLC特征图谱对鸡内金炮制前后的样品进行分析,寻找其差异成分,并采用偏最小二乘法分析(PLS-DA)对氨基酸类成分进行分析。结果:18批炒鸡内金样品中均能检出与鸡内金样品不一致的斑点,并能明显检出质荷比为(m/z)706.41→369.3、m/z 706.41→300.2的特征峰,偏最小二乘法分析(PLS-DA)结果显示鸡内金与炒鸡内金各分为一类。结论:鸡内金炮制后的成分发生明显变化,本研究建立的方法为鸡内金质量评价提供了参考方法。

objective:This study aimed to establish a quality evaluation method for Galli gigerii endothelium corneum and to research the changes of its chemical composition before and after processing.Methods:The samples before and after processing were analyzed by thin-layer chromatography identification,mass spectrum and HPLC characteristic chromatogram to find the components of difference.Partial least squares analysis(PLS-DA)was used to analyze the amino acid components.Results:The spots that were not consistent with the Galli gigerii endothelium corneum could be detected in all 18 batches of its processed products.The peaks of m/z 706.41→369.3 and m/z 706.41→300.2 could be detected obviously,PLS-DA divided Galli gigerii endothelium corneum and its processed products into 2 groups.Conclusions:The composition of Galli gigerii endothelium corneum changed significantly after processing,and the method established in this study provides a reference method for the quality evaluation of Galli gigerii endothelium corneum.
