针对变电站10 kV线路停电检修时高压开关柜手车摇把在摇动过程中存在易松动、易“拖把”的现象,研制了一种变电站10 kV高压开关柜手车智能电动摇把,在提升开关柜手车摇合速度和质量的同时保证了停送电的时效性,并有效解决了女性操作员力量不足的问题,确保手车开关在摇入、摇出操作中的安全性。

In view of the phenomenon that the high-voltage switchgear handcart rocker is prone to loosen and drop off in the process of rocker rolling during the outage overhaul of the substation 10 kV line,an intelligent electric rocker is developed for the station 10 kV high-voltage switchgear handcart,which is available to improving the rolling speed and quality of the switchgear handcart,ensure the timeliness of power outages,effectively settle the problem of insufficient strength of female operators,and guarantee the safety of handcart switching operations.
