Eclipse治疗计划系统实现患者DICOM数据自动导入功能的探索

摘要 目的 为实现放疗医学数字成像和通信(Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine,DICOM)数据的自动化导入,提高放疗流程的工作效率。方法 基于Eclipse应用程序接口功能开发DICOM数据自动导入软件(Auto Import),14名物理师对该软件的易用性和效率进行验证。结果 相比人工手动的数据导入方法,AutoImport导入高效准确,且能够避免导入错误的发生。14名临床物理师对软件的易用性和效率评价分别为9.38分和9.62分,整体评价优秀。结论 开发的AutoImport软件兼容性、稳定性好,能够实现Eclipse计划系统患者DICOM数据的自动导入,相比手动导入方法提高了数据导入的效率和安全性,节约了人力和时间成本,值得在临床中推广使用。 Objective To realize the automatic import of radiotherapy digital imaging and communications in medicine(DICOM)data and improve the work efficiency of radiotherapy process.Methods The automatic DICOM import software AutoImport was developed based on Eclipse scripting application programming interface,and 14 physicists verified the usability and efficiency of the software.Results Compared with the manual data import method,AutoImport was efficient and accurate,and can avoid the occurrence of import errors.The usability and efficiency of AutoImport scored by 14 clinical physicists were 9.38 and 9.62 scores respectively,and all the physicists gave an excellent evaluation of the software.Conclusion AutoImport has good compatibility and stability,which can realize the automatic import of DICOM data of patients in Eclipse treatment planning system.Compared with the manual data import method,the developed AutoImport method improves the efficiency and safety of data import,and saves labor and time costs.It is recommended to be widely used in clinic.
