瓦里安VitalBeam直线加速器调制器原理和剂量联锁的分析和总结

摘要 医用电子直线加速器为了得到较高的加速场,需要调制器产生很高的脉冲电压或电流波形驱动微波功率源处于脉冲工作状态。本文详细分析瓦里安VitalBeam直线加速器的调制器的独特结构、工作原理和重要信号形成原理,通过对信号的波形分析和重要参数的测试,解决了出束异常的剂量联锁案例,指出其有别于传统加速器的剂量联锁表达形式,阐述了解决调制器相关故障的思路和方法,可为同行提供参考。 In order to obtain a high acceleration field in medical electron linear accelerator,the modulator is required to generate high pulse voltage or current waveform to drive the microwave power source in the pulse working state.This paper analyzes the unique structure,working principle and important signal forming principle of the modulator for Varian VitalBeam linear accelerator in detail.By analyzing the waveform of the signal and the testing of important parameters,the dose interlock case of abnormal beam output is solved.This paper pointed out that it is different from the dose interlock representation of traditional accelerators.The ideas and methods for solving the related faults of the modulator were described,which provides a reference for the peers.
