高职院校与司法机关协同开展法治育人路径探索

Exploring the Path of Legal Education in Collaboration between Vocational Colleges and Judicial Authority

高职院校与司法机关协同育人可以较好地解决高职院校在法治育人方面存在的不足。实践过程中虽然取得了一定成效,但仍存在育人内容不丰富、育人机制不健全、育人合作不稳定等问题,需要高职院校与司法机关加强深度协作,协同培育大学生“知行合一”的法治素养。文章在分析高职院校与司法机关协同开展法治育人现状的基础上,对进一步加强合作的必要性和实现路径进行探讨,以期为新时代高职院校加强法治育人工作提供参考。

Collaborative education between vocational colleges and judicial authorities can effectively address the shortcomings of legal education in vocational colleges.In the process of practice,although certain achievements have been made,there are still problems such as insufficient educational content,incomplete educational mechanisms,and unstable cooperation in education.Vocational colleges and judicial authorities must strengthen deep cooperation and collaborate to cultivate the rule of law literacy of college students'"unity of knowledge and action".Based on analyzing the current situation of collaborative legal education between vocational colleges and judicial authorities,the article explores the necessity and implementation path of further strengthening cooperation,to provide a reference for strengthening legal education work in vocational colleges in the new era.
