摘要
岗位实习是职业教育实践教学的重要环节.受实习区域分散、实习人数多、岗位类别不同等因素影响,岗位实习学生教育管理问题突出.文章在学生行为数据分析的基础上,结合大学生思想特点和成长规律,探索构建高职院校岗位实习学生长效育人体系,提出学生教育管理提质增效的对策建议,旨在为培养高质量复合型人才提供参考和借鉴.
Post-practice is an important link in the practical teaching of vocational education.Affected by factors such as scattered internship areas,a large number of interns,and different post categories,the problem of education management of post-internship students is prominent.Based on the analysis of student behavior data,combined with the ideological characteristics and growth rules of college students,this paper explores the construction of a long-term education system for internship students in higher vocational colleges and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality and efficiency of student education management,to provide a reference for training high-quality composite talents.
