摘要
教师教育理论类课程思政是要课程中融入育人环节,从知识传授到价值引领,是课程和真善美润物细无声地融合,是落实“立德树人”根本任务、提高职前教师培养质量的重要方法,需要教师用心用情去做。在文献分析和教学实践探索的基础上,具体阐述了旨向卓越教师培养的教师教育理论类课程思政实践路径:基于课程特点,明确立德树人的目标导向;了解学习需要,精准定位思政元素;线上线下有机融合,促进学生思维提升;显性教育与隐性教育相统一,突显学生成长的术与道。
The ideological and political education theory courses for teachers need to integrate the education process into the curriculum,from knowledge transmission to value guidance.It is a silent integration of the curriculum and the truth,goodness,and beauty.It is an important method to implement the fundamental task of“cultivating morality and talents”and improve the quality of pre-service teacher training.Teachers need to do it with heart and emotion.On the basis of literature analysis and teaching practice exploration,this paper elaborates on the ideological and political practice path of teacher education theory courses aimed at cultivating outstanding teachers;based on the characteristics of the courses,the goal orientation of cultivating morality and cultivating talents is clarified.
