摘要
在市政工程施工中,通常会铺设镀锌钢板用于道路临时通行保畅,但钢板表面遇水变滑,易引发行人和非机动车滑倒及机动车辆侧滑等安全事故。根据JT/T712一2008《路面防滑涂料》的相关要求,研究开发不同防滑板材料,提升防滑性能,开发满足城市道路防滑要求的防滑复合板;对防滑复合板经济性展开适当性分析,提供道路保畅防滑解决方案。试验结果证明,环氧+金刚砂体系的防滑复合板综合性能最好,可满足重载交通环境,且性价比高。
In the construction of municipal engineering,galvanized steel plates are usually laid for temporary road traffic protection,but the surface of the steel plate becomes slippery when it encounters water,which is easy to cause pedestrians and non-motor vehicles to slip and motor vehicles to slip and other safety accidents.According to the relevant requirements of JT/T 712-2008"anti-skid Coating on Road Surface",research and development of different anti-skid materials,improve anti-skid performance,and develop anti-skid composite boards that meet the anti-skid requirements of urban roads;The suitability analysis of the economy of the anti-slip composite board is carried out,and the solution of road protection and anti-slip is provided.The test results show that the anti-slip composite board of epoxy+emery system has the best comprehensive performance,can meet the heavy traffic environment,and hashigh costperformance.
