钛酸酯偶联剂对高炉矿渣粉活化的影响分析

摘要 高炉矿渣粉作为无机填料被用于制造人造大理石时,会面临与人造大理石中高分子成分相容性较差的问题,这将导致人造大理石的力学性能大幅下降。为改善两者之间的亲和性,采用钛酸酯作为偶联剂,分析在不同浓度、不同反应时间和不同温度条件下,偶联剂对高炉矿渣粉活化的影响。结果表明,控制偶联剂用量,提高反应温度,延长反应时间,可有效提高矿渣粉活化程度。 When blast furnace slag powder is used as inorganic filler to manufacture artificial marble,it is faced with the problem of poor compatibility with polymer composition in artificial marble,which will lead to the mechanical properties of composite materials greatly decreased.In order to improve the affinity between the two,this study uses titanate as the coupling agent to analyze the influence of coupling agent on the activation of blast furnace slag powder under different concentrations,different reaction times and different temperatures.The results show that the activation degree of slag powder can be effectively improved by controlling the dosage of coupling agent,increasing the reaction temperature and prolonging the reaction time.
