抗吸附型助剂聚羧酸系减水剂抗泥性能的改善

摘要 以甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)为链转移剂,以H_(2)O_(2)和E51为引发体系,基于不饱和酸(AA)与不饱和功能单体(自制)之间的自由基聚合反应,制备小分子抗吸附型功能助剂。通过水泥净浆流动度、胶砂相容性及混凝土实验,验证该功能助剂与减水剂复配使用时具有良好的抗吸附性能。通过液相凝胶渗透色谱表征其相对分子量分布,结合吸附量测试探究其作用机理。结果表明,小分子助剂通过竞争吸附,抢占聚环氧乙烷侧链(PEO)在蒙脱土的吸附位点,增强了聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)分子对水泥浆体的有效吸附,提高了聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)的分散性。 With sodium methacrylic sulfonate(SMAS)as the chain transfer agent,with H202 and E51 as the trigger system,the free radical polymerization reaction between unsaturated acid(AA)and unsaturated functional monomer(self-made),prepared a small molecule anti-adsorption functional aid.The excellent anti-adsorption performance of the cement net slurry flow degree,the compatibility of the cement sand and the concrete experiment were verified.The molecular weight distribution was characterized by liquid-phase gel osmotic chromatography,and its action mechanism was identified combined with the adsorption quantity test.The results show that the small molecule additives seize the adsorption site of PEo side chain in mont through competitive adsorption,and improve the effective adsorption of PCE molecules to the grout,so as to achieve the purpose of improving PCE dispersion.
