制造业产业集聚对环境污染的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Manufacturing Industry Agglomeration on Environmental Pollution

分别构建制造业产业集聚与环境污染评价指标体系,基于2010~2019年中国30个省市自治区面板数据,对其进行综合评价,应用分位数回归模型,对专业化产业集聚及多样化产业集聚与环境污染互动效应展开实证研究。研究发现:专业化集聚程度对环境污染呈现U型状态,专业化集聚程度较低的初期,专业化集聚恶化了环境污染,随着专业化程度的不断扩大,专业化集聚缓解了环境污染的恶化。整体来看产业多样化集聚促进了环境进一步恶化。最后根据实证分析结果提出相应对策,因地制宜不同地区采用不同发展策略,调整产业结构,提高科技创新,相互协作,从而达到经济发展与环境保护的双赢局面。

The index system of manufacturing industry agglomeration and environmental pollution evaluation is constructed,based on the panel data of 30 provinces and municipalities directly under the central government in China from 2000 to 2019,it is comprehensively evaluated,and the quantile regression model is applied to conduct empirical research on the interaction effects of specialized industrial agglomeration and diversified industrial agglomeration and environmental pollution.The study found that the degree of specialization agglomeration showed a U-shaped state for environmental pollution,and at the beginning of the low degree of specialization agglomeration,industrial specialization agglomeration worsened environmental pollution,and with the continuous expansion of specialization,specialized agglomeration brought improvement to environmental pollution.Overall,industrial diversification and agglomeration have exacerbated environmental pollution.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,corresponding countermeasures are proposed,different development strategies are adopted according to local conditions and different regions,the industrial structure is adjusted,scientific and technological innovation is improved,and mutual cooperation is achieved,so as to achieve a win-win situation of economic development and environmental protection.
