Research on the Organizational Life Management Mode of College Students'Party Branch from the Perspective of Total Quality Management

高校学生党支部组织生活是对学生党员进行教育、联系、管理的一个重要渠道,是高校学生思想政治教育的重要载体。探索学生党支部组织生活管理模式既是高校学生党员队伍高质量发展的需要,更是高校为国育人为党育才的需要。本文阐述了全面质量管理理论引入高校学生党支部组织生活管理的价值旨向,分析了高校学生党支部组织生活管理工作中的问题原因,从全面质量管理理念的视角构建了学生党支部组织生活管理模式。

The organizational life of the student Party branch in colleges is an important channel for educating,contacting and managing student Party members,and an important carrier of ideological and political education for college students.Exploring the organizational life management mode of college student Party branches is not only the need for the high-quality development of college student Party members,but also the need for the college to educate people for the country and the Party.This paper expounds the value implication of introducing the theory of total quality management into the organizational life management of college students'Party branches,analyzes the causes of problems in the organizational life management of college students'Party branches,and constructs the organizational life management mode of student Party branches from the perspective of the concept of total quality management.
