摘要
特质情绪智力对于个体的身心健康、社会活动等方面有显著的影响。运用2655名大学生的数据探讨大学生的特质情绪智力与社会支持的关系以及自尊在二者关系中的作用机制。通过对调查数据的整理和分析,研究结果表明,大学生的情绪智力在学生干部、独生情况和生源地方面存在差异;大学生的社会支持既可以直接影响特质情绪智力水平,也可以通过自尊的中介作用间接影响特质情绪智力水平。研究发现有利于通过提升大学生的社会支持和自尊水平来增强大学生的特质情绪智力,从而为高等院校的人才培养规划和大学生的心理健康教育提供参考。
Trait emotional intelligence has a significant impact on physical and mental health and social activities.This paper uses the data of 2655 college students to explore the relationship between social support and trait emotional intelligence of college students,and the intermediary role of self-esteem in their relationship.Through analysis of the survey data,the research results show that trait emotional intelligence of college students has difference in student cadres or not,single child or not and student source.Social support can affect trait emotional intelligence directly or indirectly through the mediation of self-esteem.The findings of this paper are helpful to enhance college students’trait emotional intelligence by improving their social support and self-esteem level,so as to provide reference for the training planning of universities and the mental health education of college students.
