流行性脑膜炎患者密切接触人群呼吸道样本多病原检测结果分析

Analysis of multi-pathogen detection results in respiratory tract samplesfrom close contacts of patients with epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis

摘要 目的 探究脑膜炎奈瑟菌携带情况与各种呼吸道病原体携带情况之间的关联性,为后续研究提供理论基础。方法 采集2名流脑患者的60例密切接触者咽拭子样本,采用荧光PCR法检测脑膜炎奈瑟菌携带情况,同时利用TaqMan微流体芯片检测多种呼吸道病原体。结果 采用荧光PCR法检出脑膜炎奈瑟菌阳性32例,阳性率53.33%。利用微流体芯片检出的病原体携带率前5位分别为流感嗜血杆菌(58/60,96.67%)、2型鼻病毒(47/60,78.33%)、1型鼻病毒(45/60,75.00%)、肺炎克雷伯菌(35/60,58.33%)、肺炎链球菌(29/60,48.33%)。在阳性组与阴性组检出率对比中,2型鼻病毒(χ^(2)=6.104,P=0.013)与卡它莫拉氏菌(χ^(2)=4.627,P=0.031)的检出率差异均有统计学意义。结论 脑膜炎奈瑟菌携带与2型鼻病毒、卡它莫拉氏菌携带存在统计学关联。 Objective To explore the association between the carrying status of Neisseria meningitidis and various respiratory pathogens,and to provide theoretical basis for subsequent research.Methods A total of 60 throat swab samples from close contacts of patients with epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis were collected.Fluorescence polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was used to detect the carrying status of Neisseria meningitidis,and TaqMan Array Cards(TAC)technology was used to detect the carrying status of various respiratory pathogens.Results A total of 32 cases of Neisseria meningitidis were detected by fluorescence PCR,with a positive rate of was 53.33%.The top five carrying rates of pathogens detected by TAC were Haemophilus influenzae(58/60,96.67%),Rhinoviru-2(47/60,78.33%),Rhinovirus-1(45/60,75.00%),Klebsiella pneumoniae(35/60,58.33%)and Streptococcus pneumoniae(35/60,58.33%).The differences in the detection rate of Rhinovirus-2(χ^(2)=6.104,P=0.013)and Moraxella catarrhalis(χ^(2)=4.627,P=0.031)between the positive group and the negative group were statistically significant. Conclusions There was astatistical correlation between the carrying status of Neisseria meningitidis and the carrying statusof Rhinovirus-2 and Moraxella catarrhalis.
