摘要
目的基于对核心卫生应急队员能力提升需求的调查与访谈,组织卫生应急专家进行层次分析研究,以期为管理者提出具体且具有可操作性的改进意见。方法2022年9月,对108名核心卫生应急队员进行问卷调查和半结构式访谈;2022年11月,邀请5名卫生应急专家进行层次分析研究。采用卡方检验对分类资料进行组间比较,采用多因素Logistic回归模型进行影响因素分析。检验水准为0.05,双侧检验。结果核心队员均参与过培训、演练且超过一半的人员参加过多次现场应急处置;核心队员均是本科及以上学历,3/4的人员是中级及以上职称;90%以上的队员认为应急处置能力培养是有必要的;应急队员的工作负担、团队氛围、薪酬体系与工作意愿呈正相关;Ⅰ级维度包括统筹管理、工作技能、专业知识、规章制度;按重要性依次降序排列的Ⅱ级指标顺序分是风险识别能力、应急队伍的规范化管理、卫生应急培训与演练工作制度、传染病学知识、统计分析方法学知识。结论采取问卷调查、半结构式访谈和层次分析研究科学了解了核心卫生应急队员的技能情况并确定了提升需求且研究结果具有可靠性。
Objective Based on the investigation and interview of the improvement needs of core health emergency team members,organize health emergency experts to conduct hierarchical analysis and research,in order to put forward specific and operable improvement opinions for managers.Methods In September 2022,a questionnaire survey and semi-structure interview were conducted in 108 core health emergency team members.In November 2022,5 health emergency experts were invited to conduct a hierarchical analysis and research.Chi-square test was used to compare the categorical data between groups,and multiple logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors.The test level was set as 0.05.Results All the core members had participated in training,drills,and more than half of the personnel had participated in many on-site emergency responses.The core members were all bachelor's degree or above,and three-quarters of the personnel had intermediate or above professional titles.More than 90%of the team members believed that the training of emergency response ability is necessary.The workload,team atmosphere,and salary system of emergency team members weere positively correlated with work willingness.The levelⅠdimension indicators included overall management,work skills,professional knowledge,rules and regulations.The levelⅡindicators in descending order of importance were risk identification ability,emergency response standardized management of the team,health emergency training and drill work system,infectious disease knowledge,and statistical analysis method knowledge.Conclusions The questionnaire survey method,semi-structured interview and hierarchical analysis method are scientific to understand the skills of the core health emergency team members and determine the improvement of needs and the reliability of the research results.
