基于LDA模型的我国医保政策主题建模与演化分析

Theme modeling and evolutionary analysis of medicalinsurance policy in China based on LDA model

目的探究我国医疗保险政策与文献的主题演化,为医保政策制定提供决策依据。方法选取1983年10月至2022年9月以国家医疗保障局和CNKI中国知识资源总库中有关的医保主题的政策与文献作为分析对象,使用LDA进行主题建模,生成不同时间下主题强度演变的散点图,对我国医保政策与文献的趋势变化与研究热点进行分析,以双侧P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果医保政策涉及6个较为热点主题,医保文献涉及9个较为热点主题。结论医保政策在发布数量和主题上都受到医保文献的影响。医疗体系改革、医保中医药目录、医保监管与医保支付方式改革将成为今后医保工作重点。

Objective To explore the theme evolution of medical insurance policy and literature in China,so as to provide decision-making basis for medical insurance policy formulation.Methods From October 1983 to September 2022,the policy and literature related to medical insurance topics in the National Medical Security Bureau and CNKI China Knowledge Resources General Database were selected as the analysis object,and LDA model was used to explore the theme,generate a scatter chart of the evolution of theme intensity at different times,and to analyze the changing trend and research hotspots.The difference was considered as statistically significant at bilateral P<0.05.Results The medical insurance policy involved 6 hot topics,and the medical insurance literature involved 9 hot topics.Conclusions The number and theme of medical insurance policies are affected by medical insurance literature.The reform of the medical system,the medical insurance catalogue of traditional Chinese medicine,the medical insurance supervision and the reform of the medical insurance payment method will become the focus of medical insurance work in the future.
