植物生长调节剂对麻竹扦插生根的影响 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】为麻竹的快速繁殖、栽培及推广提供参考。【方法】以麻竹枝条为扦插材料,采用三因素多水平析因设计,研究生长调节剂的种类(IBA、NAA、IBA+NAA、ABT 1号、GGR 6号)、质量浓度(100、200、400、600 mg/L)、浸泡时间(2、4、6 h)对麻竹枝条扦插生根的影响,统计生根率、平均生根数量、平均根长、根径、最长根长等根系生长指标,计算根系效果指数,用隶属函数分析法进行综合评价,筛选最优生根处理组合。【结果】麻竹的扦插生根过程主要分为3个阶段:根系诱导期(扦插后0~20 d)、根系伸长期(扦插后20~60 d)和根系成熟期(扦插60 d后)。从生长调节剂种类看,不同的生长调节剂对各根系生长指标存在极显著影响,其中IBA+NAA处理的生根率(64.20%)和根系效果指数(5.08)最高,生根效果最好;从生长调节剂浓度看,200 mg/L质量浓度处理的生根率最高(63.60%),100 mg/L质量浓度处理的根系效果指数最高(5.40);从浸泡时间看,浸泡2 h处理的生根率(59.70%)和根系效果指数(3.67)最高。生长调节剂种类和浓度对生根效果的影响较大,浸泡时间对生根的影响较小;生长调节剂的种类与浓度的交互作用对各项根系生长指标存在极显著影响,生长调节剂种类与浸泡时间、生长调节剂浓度与浸泡时间、生长调节剂种类与其浓度及浸泡时间的交互作用对部分根系生长指标存在显著影响。综合分析结果表明,使用200 mg/L的IBA+NAA浸泡2 h处理的隶属函数值最高,表明该处理是麻竹枝条扦插的最优处理。【结论】生长调节剂种类和浓度及浸泡时间共同影响着麻竹扦插的生根效果,IBA+NAA处理的生根率较高,以200 mg/L的IBA+NAA浸泡插穗2 h后麻竹扦插生根的效果较佳。 【Objective】To provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the rapid propagation,cultivation and promotion of Dendrocalamus latiflorus.【Method】The effects of five growth regulators(IBA,NAA,IBA+NAA,ABT No.1,GGR No.6),concentrations(100,200,400,600 mg/L)and soaking time(2,4,6 h)on the rooting of bamboo cuttings were investigated by using a three-factor multilevel analysis of factors design.【Result】The rooting process of D.latiflorus cuttings was divided into three main stages:root induction(0-20 d),root elongation(20-60 d)and root maturation(after 60 d).Considering to plant growth regulator types,there were highly significant differences in the effects of different growth regulators on each rooting index,among which IBA+NAA(1∶1)treatment had the highest rooting rate(64.20%)and root effect index(5.08),and the best rooting effect.In terms of different concentrations,the highest rooting rate(63.60%)and the highest root effect index(5.40)were found in the treatment at 200 mg/L and 100 mg/L.In terms of soaking time,the highest rooting rate(59.70%)and root effect index(3.67)were found in the treatment at 2 h.Analysis of the effects of the three factors and their interaction terms on rooting showed that growth regulator type and concentration had a greater effect on the rooting effect and soaking time had a smaller effect on rooting;there was a highly significant interaction effect of growth regulator type×concentration on all root growth indicators(P<0.01),and growth regulator type×soaking time,concentration×soaking time and growth regulator type×concentration×soaking time had a significant interaction effect on some root growth indicators.There were significant interactions between growth regulator type×soaking time,concentration×soaking time and growth regulator type×concentration×soaking time on some root growth indicators.The results of the integrated analysis of the affiliation function showed that IBA+NAA(200 mg/L+200 mg/L)+2 h had the highest value of the affiliation function,indicating that this treatment was the optimal treatment for D.latiflorus cuttings.【Conclusion】Three factors,namely the type of growth regulator,concentration and soaking time,jointly influenced the rooting effect of D.latiflorus cuttings,and the rooting rate of IBA+NAA treatment was higher and the concentration of 200 mg/L soaking for 2 h was more effective in rooting D.latiflorus cuttings.
