沙特吉达保障房项目结构分析与BIM应用 被引量:2

摘要 沙特吉达保障房项目采用装配整体式剪力墙结构,按照美国规范及沙特规范对本项目进行结构计算和结构设计。运用ETABS软件对结构进行建模分析,并对比了美国规范与中国规范要求的差异。按美国规范对装配式建筑的要求进行了结构拆分、构件设计。采用BIM技术进行深化设计和碰撞检查。预制墙体的水平连接采用钢丝绳套灌浆连接,竖向连接采用波纹管浆锚连接。本项目虽然装配率高于75%,但安装方便、施工周期短、成本与现浇基本持平,值得借鉴推广。 The affordable housing project in Jeddah,Saudi Arabia adopts a monolithic precast shear wall structure,and was calculated designed according to American code and Saudi code.ETABS software was used to model and analyse the structure,and the differences between Chinese code and American code requirements was compared.According to prefabricated building requirements of the American code,the structure was divided and the component was designed.BIM technology was used for further design and collision inspection.The precast wall is connected horizontally with steel wire rope sleeve grouting connection and vertically with bellows grouting anchor connection.Although the prefabrication ratio of this project is higher than 75%,but the installation is convenient,the construction cycle is short,and the cost is basically the same as cast-in-place,which is worth learning and promoting.
