基于熵权物元可拓理论的高层建筑火灾韧性评价

摘要 为降低高层建筑火灾的发生率,基于演进韧性视角,对高层建筑的火灾韧性作出了明确定义。结合高层建筑火灾的具体特征,将韧性框架的4个维度重新定义和划分,分别从高层建筑的鲁棒性、冗余性、迅速性和策略性4个维度构建评价指标。结合熵权法和物元可拓学理论实现对高层建筑火灾韧性等级的客观评价,并进行实例验证。结果表明:高层建筑火灾的韧性是火灾发生期间建筑吸收、应对、恢复和学习能力的函数,4个维度权重分别为0.324、0.152、0.369、0.153,可知高层建筑的火灾韧性首要强调建筑的迅速性,即建筑对火灾的事后恢复能力,该结果完全符合韧性的核心概念。所选的高层建筑实例的火灾韧性等级为S4,火灾韧性为“差”状态,该评价结果与实际情况相符合。 In order to reduce the incidence of high-rise building fires,based on the evolutionary resilience perspective,the fire resilience of high-rise buildings has been clearly defined.Combined with the specific characteristics of high-rise building fires,four dimensions of the resilience framework have been redefined and divided.Four dimensions of robustness,redundancy,rapidity and strategy were used to construct evaluation indicators.Combined with entropy weight method and matter-element extension theory to achieve objective evaluation of fire toughness levels of high-rise buildings,and verify them with examples.The results show that the fire resilience of high-rise buildings is a function of the building′s ability to absorb,respond,recover and learn during the fire,the weights of the four dimensions are 0.324,0.152,0.369 and 0.153 respectively.It can be seen that the fire resilience of high-rise buildings mainly emphasizes the rapidity of buildings,that is the building′s ability to recover from fire after the event,the result is in full compliance with the core concept of resilience.The resilience grade of the selected building instance is S4,and the fire resilience is“poor”.The evaluation result is consistent with the actual situation.
