基于ANSYS Workbench的果园雾炮打药机风筒的力学特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着果树的大面积种植,传统的喷药技术和器具已经很难满足大型果园的生产管理需求,雾炮打药机是目前大型果园农药喷洒的重要器具之一。风筒的结构及其稳定性是影响雾炮打药机性能的主要因素之一。文章利用ANSYS Workbench分析射程为80 m的雾炮打药机风筒的力学特性。结果表明:在额定工况下,风筒的最大应力为36.93 MPa,远小于材料的许用应力;最大变形量为0.3 mm,能满足雾炮打药机的正常工作需求;风筒的最大应力出现在风筒底部,对焊口的要求较高,可将焊口放在风筒的正上方,降低失效风险;风筒的前四阶模态的振动频率范围为70.5~141.2 Hz,当外界激励频率在此范围内时,应注意共振失效问题。 With the large-scale planting of fruit trees,the traditional pesticide spraying agronomy and equipment have been difficult to meet the needs of agricultural management in large orchards.At present,the spray gun sprayer is one of the important equipment for pesticide spraying in large orchards.The structure and stability of the air duct is one of the main factors affecting the performance of the fog gun dispenser.In this paper,ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the mechanical characteristics of the air duct of the fog gun dosing machine with a range of 80 m.The analysis results show that under the rated working condition,the maximum stress of the air duct is 36.93 MPa,which is far less than the allowable stress of the material;The maximum deformation is 0.30 mm,which can meet the normal working requirements of the fog gun dosing machine;The maximum stress of the air duct appears at the bottom of the air duct,and the requirements for the welded junction are high.The welded junction can be placed directly above the air duct to reduce the risk of failure.The vibration frequency range of the first four modes of the air duct is 70.5~141.2 hz.When the external excitation frequency is within this range,attention should be paid to the problem of resonance failure.
