国有林场林下经济发展现状与对策探究

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Underforest Economic Development in State Owned Forest Farm

文章阐述林下经济的概念和理论支撑,以大桂山林场为例,分析林下经济发展现状,认为大桂山林场在发展林下经济时,仍然存在林农收益信心不足、林权抵押贷款实施不到位、林下产品附加值偏低、林下产品销售半径短等问题。在今后工作中林场应该以问题为导向,给出针对性策略,以此实现国有林场林下经济的可持续发展。

This paper expounded the concept and theoretical support of the under-forest economy,and takes the state-owned forest farms as an example to analyze the current situation of the development of the under-forest economy.It is believed that when some state-owned forest farms develop the under-forest economy,there are still problems such as insufficient confidence in the income of forest farmers,inadequate implementation of the forest right mortgage loan,low added value of the under-forest products,and short sales radius of the under-forest products.Therefore,in the future work,the forest farm should be problem-oriented and give targeted strategies to achieve the sustainable development of the state-owned forest farm's understory economy.
