“稻鲫鳝”稻渔共作技术规范

摘要 近年来,受土地流转费用贵、农资上涨快、用工成本逐年提高、用工老龄化严重等多因素综合影响,粮食生产压力持续增加。稻渔共生作为一种复合农业生态新系统,不仅提高了大米品质和售价,而且增加了水产养殖收入,实现了在有限的空间内增加种粮农户收入的目的。嘉兴市御鳝农业科技有限公司联合上海市农科院联合在平湖开展“稻鲫鳝”稻渔共作技术示范,通过不断总结经验和提炼技术,有效探索出“稻鲫鳝”稻渔共作技术规范,能有效引导和指导更多农户开展新模式水稻生产,实现既增产又增收。 In recent years,due to the high cost of land transfer,the rapid increase of agricultural resources,the increase of labor costs year by year,and the serious aging of labor,the pressure on grain production continues to increase.As a new compound agro-ecological system,rice-fish symbiosis not only improves the quality and price of rice,but also increases the income of aquaculture,and realizes the purpose of increasing the income of grain farmers in a limited space.Jiaxing Yueel Agricultural Technology Co.,Ltd.and Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences jointly carried out a technical demonstration of“rice crucian and ricefield eel”in Pinghu,and through constantly summarizing experience and refining technology,effectively explored the technical specifications of rice-fishing co-cropping,which can effectively guide and guide more farmers to carry out a new model of rice production and achieve both increased production and income.
