高压气井地面集输工艺研究与应用

摘要 塔里木油田普遍存在高压气井的井位距离较远,试采作业中需要长距离输送回收天然气的问题,现有10 MPa分离器受自身承压等级限制无法提供足够的出口压力克服沿程摩阻完成天然气回收,为此研发出25 MPa高压分离器。经对10 MPa分离器材质进行选择,优化焊接工艺,增强了分离器在高温高压工况下的耐压和耐腐蚀性;对入口分流器、聚结构件进行结构和参数优化,增强了分离器内部结构的可靠性,提高了分离器高压高产工况下的分离效率;设计了液相多级节流装置,延长了高压工况下分离器液相调节阀的使用寿命,避免了因高压差造成的阀门失敏,提高了分离器液面的稳定性。25 MPa高压分离器分别在博孜X井及迪那X井进行了长期现场实验,取得了良好的效果,在酸化解堵及天然气进管网的施工工艺上,满足塔里木油田安全生产需求。 In the Tarim oilfield,the long distance between high-pressure gas wells poses a challenge for the transportation and recovery of natural gas during production testing.The existing 10 MPa separator cannot provide a sufficient outlet pressure,due to its limited pressure rating,to overcome frictional losses along the pipeline for gas recovery.To address this issue,a 25 MPa high-pressure separator was developed.The 25 MPa high-pressure separator is more pressure-and corrosion-resistant under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions,by virtue of optimized materials and welding process.The optimized structure and parameters of the inlet distributor and aggregation components allow the separator to have a more reliable internal structure,improving the separation efficiency under high-pressure and high-production conditions.A liquid multi-stage throttling device is designed to prolong the service life of the liquid control valve in the separator under high-pressure condition,so as to prevent valve sensitivity caused by high pressure differential,thereby improving the stability of the liquid level in the separator.The 25 MPa high-pressure separator was tested in Wells Bozi X and Dina X,yielding favorable results.It meets the safety production requirements of the Tarim oilfield in terms of acidification and blockage removal as well as the construction process for gas entry into the pipeline network.
