伊朗高等教育国际化态势研究

The Development Situation of Internationalization of Iranian Higher Education

本研究采用文献计量法,分析伊朗与包括中国在内的其他国家在学生流动、科研合作等方面的数据,对伊朗高等教育国际化态势做出判断。研究发现,持续扩大学生流动规模、加强国际间科研合作、吸引侨民为国家服务、深化课程的国际化改革、以宗教教育为抓手加强高等教育国际化是其国际化改革的主要特征。但伊朗的高等教育国际化仍面临动荡不安的国内环境、缺乏严密的顶层设计、强烈的宗教色彩限制交流边界等的挑战。

This study uses bibliometric methods to analyze data on student mobility and scientific research cooperation between Iran and other countries,including China,to make a judgment on the internationalization dynamics of higher education in Iran.The results found that the continuous expansion of student mobility,strengthening international cooperation in scientific research,attracting expatriates to serve the country,deepening the internationalization reform of curriculum,and strengthening the internationalization of higher education with religious education are the main features of its internationalization reform.However,Iran's internationalization of higher education still faces the challenges of a volatile domestic environment,the lack of a rigorous top-level design,and strong religious overtones that limit the boundaries of exchange.
