技术系统中不良作用组件单元问题影响度分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了降低技术系统中多个不良作用组件单元之间影响关系的模糊性,实现影响关系的数字化计算,保证不良作用组件单元问题排序的科学性,提出基于决策试验与评价实验室的不良作用组件单元问题影响度排序算法;将功能分析与不良作用组件单元紧密结合,以消除技术系统中不良作用为目标,基于组件单元结构组成,定义不良作用组件单元的中心度、原因度及问题影响度;制定考虑问题影响度的不良作用组件单元排序原则;利用MATLAB软件的图形用户界面模块,实现不良作用组件单元的问题解决顺序的自动排序。结果表明:所提出的算法可以有效确定不良作用组件单元的问题解决优先级;游梁式抽油机的工程案例验证了所提出算法的有效性。 To reduce fuzziness of influence relationship among multiple component units with adverse effects in technology systems,realize digital calculation of the influence relationship,and ensure scientific problem ranking of the component units with adverse effects,a problem influence degree ranking algorithm based on decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory was proposed.Combining function analysis with the component units with adverse effects closely and aiming at eliminating adverse effects in technology systems,center degree,cause degree,and problem influence degree of the component units with adverse effects were defined based on component unit structure.A ranking principle of the component units with adverse effects considering the problem influence degree was established.Automatic ranking of problem solving sequence of the component units with adverse effects was realized by using graphical user interface module of MATLAB software.The results show that problem solving priority of the component units with adverse effects can be effectively determined by using the proposed algorithm.The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified in an engineering case of a beam pumping unit.
