不同盐碱胁迫对大叶补血草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Saline-alkali Stresses on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Limonium gmelinii(Willd.)Kuntze

摘要 以大叶补血草种子为试材,采用不同浓度的Na_(2)SO_(4)、NaHCO_(3)及其混合盐(Na_(2)SO_(4)∶NaHCO_(3)=1∶1)溶液处理种子,研究了不同盐碱胁迫对大叶补血草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,以期为改善盐碱地和种植大叶补血草提供参考依据。结果表明:大叶补血草种子萌发率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数均随盐溶液浓度升高而呈降低趋势;当Na_(2)SO_(4)浓度≥400 mmol·L^(-1)、混合盐浓度为500 mmol·L^(-1)时,大叶补血草种子萌发率为0%;3种胁迫均显著抑制大叶补血草幼苗的生长,不同的盐碱胁迫对胚根和子叶的影响有差异;在高浓度盐胁迫下,3种盐处理种子后的相对盐害率表现为Na_(2)SO_(4)>混合盐>NaHCO_(3)。说明大叶补血草种子对NaHCO_(3)的耐受性最强,其次是混合盐,对Na_(2)SO_(4)的耐受性最弱。 The seeds of Limonium gmelinii(Willd.)Kuntzewere treated with different concentrations of Na_(2)SO_(4),NaHCO_(3) and mixed salts(Na_(2)SO_(4)∶NaHCO_(3)=1∶1).The effects of different saline-alkali stresses on seed germination and seedling growth of L.gmelinii were studied to understand the salt tolerance of L.gmelinii and provide reference basis for improving saline-alkali soil and planting L.gmelinii.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index decreased with the increase of salt solution concentration.When Na_(2)SO_(4) concentration was≥400mmol·L^(-1)and mixed salt concentration was 500mmol·L^(-1),the seed germination rate was0%.Three kinds of stress significantly inhibited the growth of seedlings,and different salt and alkali stress had different effects on radicle and cotyledon.Under high salt stress,the relative salt damage rate of seeds treated with three kinds of salt was Na_(2)SO_(4)mixed saltNaHCO_(3).This indicated that the seeds of L.gmelinii had the strongest tolerance to NaHCO_(3),followed by mixed salts,and the weakest tolerance to Na_(2)SO_(4).
