Innovative Strategies for the Cultivation of High-Level Applied Talents under the Background of China's Construction of Skills

推进制造强国战略、发展中国式现代化离不开一大批高水平应用型人才的有力支撑。当前我国应用型人才、技术型人才缺口依然很大,基于此,从加强院校教育、完善职教体系两方面,探讨技能中国建设背景下高水平应用型人才培养创新策略,以期为推动我国人才事业高质量发展提供一些启示。

The strategy of making China a strong country in manufacturing and the development of Chinese-style modernization cannot be achieved without the strong support of a large number of high-level applied talents.At present,there is still a large shortage of application-oriented and technical talents in China.Based on this,this paper combined with the reality,from the three main aspects of strengthening educational institutions,improving vocational education system and enterprise social environment,deeply discusses the innovation strategy of high-level application talents training under the background of skills-China construction,hoping to provide some enlightenment for promoting the high-quality development of talents cause in China.
