摘要
研究了浆固碎石钢管桩在油泵基础加固中的应用效果,通过现场观测及资料分析,对原有的油泵基础进行评估,发现其存在一定程度的沉降和不均匀沉降问题。为此,提出采用浆固碎石钢管桩进行加固的方案,并采取差异性沉降法对加固前后进行比较与评估。结果表明,采用浆固碎石钢管桩进行加固后,油泵基础的承载力得到了明显提升,沉降量稳定,达到了预期的加固效果。同时,通过分析浆固碎石钢管桩加固的机理,得出其可靠性较高、施工方便等优点。
This paper studies the application effect of slurry gravel steel pipe pile in oil pump foundation reinforcement.Through field observation and data analysis,the original oil pump foundation is evaluated,and it is found that there is a certain degree of settlement and uneven settlement.To this end,this paper proposes a reinforcement scheme using slurry-solidified gravel steel pipe piles,and adopts the differential settlement method to compare and evaluate before and after reinforcement.The results show that the bearing capacity of the oil pump foundation is obviously improved and the settlement is stable after the reinforcement of the slurry-reinforced gravel steel pipe pile,which achieves the expected reinforcement effect.At the same time,the advantages of high reliability and convenient construction are obtained by analyzing the reinforcement mechanism of grouted gravel steel pipe pile.
