摘要
对衡邵高速公路综合治理养护工程项目的沥青混合料回收料(RAP)进行了化学处理及性能测试,首先采用规划求解和马歇尔试验确定了30%和40%RAP掺量下的AC-20型再生沥青混合料的最佳合成级配和油石比,随后又采用浸水马歇尔试验、真空饱水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验、高温稳定性试验以及四点弯曲小梁疲劳试验对其路用性能进行了评估,试验结果显示:再生沥青混合料的水稳定性、疲劳特性与RAP掺量呈现负相关,而高温稳定性与RAP掺量成正相关,各项指标均满足规范要求,RAP的掺入可降低工程成本,应用于高等级沥青路面。
The chemical treatment and performance test of recycled asphalt mixture(RAP)in the comprehensive treatment and maintenance engineering project of Hengshao Expressway were carried out.Firstly,the optimal synthetic gradation and whipstone ratio of AC-20 reclaimed asphalt mixture with 30%and 40%RAP content were determined by using solute programming and Marshall test.Subsequently,the road performance was evaluated by immersion Marshall test,vacuum saturated Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test,high temperature stability test and four-point bending trabecular fatigue test.The test results showed that:the water stability and fatigue characteristics of recycled asphalt mixture are negatively correlated with RAP content,while the high temperature stability is positively correlated with RAP content.All indicators meet the requirements of the specification.The addition of RAP can reduce the engineering cost and is applied to high-grade asphalt pavement.
