基于老旧小区节能改造建筑能耗影响因素的分析 被引量:2

摘要 为加快降低碳排放,引导绿色技术创新,持续推进产业结构和能源结构调整,近年来,山西省积极推进了老旧小区改造工程。为准确评价老旧小区节能改造效果,通过利用PKPM能效测评软件(以下简称“PKPM”)对建筑进行建模验算,采用单一变量法分析改变朝向、外墙及屋面围护结构的构造做法、窗墙比、遮阳系数、冷热源设备的相关数据对建筑能耗的影响,进而为相关研究和实际工作提供一些数据依据。 In order to accelerate the reduction of the carbon emission and improve the industrial structures and energy structure adjustment,the reconstruction of used residential complexes is actively carried out,the modeling calculus is undertaken on the buildings by adopting PKPM,the energy efficiency testing software to have the accurate evaluation of the energy-saving reconstruction of the complexes,and analyzes the related data including the adjustment of house direction,the construction of exterior walls and roof enclosures,the ratio of windows and walls with the single variable method,shading coefficient,and cold and heat equipment,so as to provide some data for related research and practice.
