分析心脏康复治疗在冠心病合并睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果

Analyze the Effect of Cardiac Rehabilitation in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Sleep Disorders

目的:分析心脏康复治疗在冠心病合并睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月福建省顺昌县医院收治的冠心病患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,观察组给予心脏康复治疗干预。比较2组患者干预前后心功能指标改善情况,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)对患者的睡眠质量进行综合评分,并比较2组患者不良反应发生情况。结果:干预后,在心功能不同维度、不同项目的比较各指标中,观察组各指标显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组PSQI各维度评分均显著低于对照组,观察组中患者靶血管重建、心血管死亡、非致死性心肌梗死等不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将心脏康复治疗融入冠心病合并睡眠障碍患者中,对改善患者心功能,提升睡眠质量效果显著,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Shunchang County Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was given cardiac rehabilitation treatment intervention.The improvement of cardiac function indexes before and after intervention was compared between the 2 groups.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)was used to evaluate the sleep quality of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the 2 groups as well.Results:After intervention,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in the indicators of cardiac function in different dimensions and different items,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).After intervention,PSQI scores of all dimensions in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions such as target vascular reconstruction,cardiovascular death and non-fatal myocardial infarction in the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrating cardiac rehabilitation therapy into patients with coronary heart disease complicated with sleep disorders has significant effect on improving the cardiac function and sleep quality of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
