快速康复外科理念用于老年全髋关节置换术患者对术后恢复情况与睡眠质量的影响

The Impact of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Concept on Postoperative Recovery and Sleep Quality in Elderly Patients Undergoing Total Hip Replacement Surgery

目的:分析临床干预老年全髋关节置换术患者,予以快速康复外科理念干预,对其睡眠质量、术后恢复效果影响价值探究。方法:选取2021年6月至2022年12月北京水利医院外科骨科收治的老年全髋关节置换术患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组给予快速康复外科理念干预,对照组给予基础护理干预。比较分析2组患者的恢复效果、并发症发生率、护理满意度、疼痛情况、心理情绪、AIS评分、PSQI评分及生命质量等。结果:护理后,观察组患者临床恢复效果为98.33%,高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05);观察组护理服务满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的90.00%(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者疼痛反应低于对照组,心理情绪改善效果优于对照组,失眠情况轻于对照组,围术期睡眠质量明显优于对照组,生命质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对全髋关节置换术老年患者予以快速康复外科理念干预,能够缩短其病症恢复时间,减少并发症发生,稳定心理情绪,进而提高护理满意度及睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical intervention of elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty,and to explore the impact of rapid rehabilitation surgery on their sleep quality and postoperative recovery effect.Methods:A total of 120 elderly patients with total hip arthroplasty admitted to the Surgical Orthopedics Department of Beijing Water Conservancy Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 60 patients in each group.The observation group received rapid rehabilitation surgical intervention,while the control group received basic nursing intervention.Compare and analyze the recovery effects,incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction,pain status,psychological emotions,AIS score,PSQI score,and quality of life of two groups of patients.Results:After nursing,the clinical recovery effect of the observation group patients was 98.33%,which was higher than 86.67%of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,significantly lower than the 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate with nursing services in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 90.00%in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the pain response of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group,and the psychological and emotional improvement effect was better than that of the control group.The insomnia situation was lighter than that of the control group,and the perioperative sleep quality was significantly better than that of the control group.The quality of life was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery for elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty can shorten their recovery time,reduce complications,stabilize psychological emotions,and improve nursing satisfaction and sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
