心理辅导对白血病患者焦虑抑郁情绪和睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Psychological Counseling Intervention on Anxiety,Depression and Sleep Quality of Leukemia Patients

目的:探究心理辅导对白血病患者焦虑抑郁情绪和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年9月至2022年11月泉州第一医院收治的白血病患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组接受常规护理联合心理辅导干预,对照组接受常规护理。比较分析2组患者干预前后焦虑抑郁情绪、睡眠质量、生命质量的变化。结果:护理前,2组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表、生命质量量表(QOL)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),护理后,观察组患者的HAMA、HAMD、PSQI量表评分均低于对照组,QOL评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对白血病患者开展心理辅导有助于改善其睡眠质量,提高其生命质量,分析其原因可能与心理辅导能够改善患者的焦虑抑郁状态有关,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological counseling intervention on anxiety,depression and sleep quality of leukemia patients;Methods:A total of 90 patients with leukemia who were treated in Quanzhou First Hospital from September 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group(n=45,receiving routine nursing combined with psychological counseling intervention)and the control group(n=45,receiving routine nursing alone)according to the random number table method.The changes of anxiety,depression,sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention;Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI)and Quality of Life Scale(QOL)between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of HAMA,HAMD and PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of QOL were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Conclusion:Psychological counseling intervention for leukemia patients is helpful to improve their sleep quality and improve their quality of life,and the analysis of its causes may be related to the improvement of anxiety and depression in patients with psychological counseling,which has good promotion and application value.
