分析心理护理对焦虑症患者睡眠质量的影响评价

The Effect of Psychological Nursing on Sleep Quality of Patients with Anxiety Disorder was Analyzed

目的:分析心理护理对焦虑症患者睡眠质量的影响评价。方法:选取2021年5月至2022年10月三明市台江医院五病区收治的焦虑症患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组采用心理护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)比较2组患者焦虑改善情况,同时比较2组患者的护理效果、认知水平评分、护理质量评分、遵医行为评分、自我效能感评分及不良反应发生率。结果:护理干预后,观察组HAMA评分、SAS评分、不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组,观察组护理满意度、护理依从性、认知水平评分、遵医行为评分、自我效能感评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预能够有效提高焦虑症患者的睡眠质量,减少患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的发生,提高患者的护理满意度、护理依从性、护理质量、遵医行为、自我效能感,降低不良反应发生率,具有积极的临床推广应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on sleep quality of patients with anxiety disorder.Methods:A total of 100 patients with anxiety disorder admitted to the fifth ward of Taijiang Hospital in Sanming City from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the difference of sleep quality between the 2 groups,and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)was used to compare the improvement of anxiety between the 2 groups.Meanwhile,the nursing effect,cognitive level score,nursing quality score,compliance behavior score,Self-efficacy score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results:After nursing intervention,HAMA score,SAS score and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and nursing satisfaction,nursing compliance,cognitive level score,compliance behavior score and self-efficacy score in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with anxiety disorder,reduce the occurrence of patients with anxiety and depression,improve patient′s nursing satisfaction,nursing compliance,nursing quality,compliance behavior,self-efficacy,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,has a positive clinical application value.
